Your Property Manager holds a Diploma of Property Services

Most Property Managers undertake a basic training course before commencing work as a registered person. This can be as little as 5 days before they are managing your property!

We treat property management like a sale - properties have professional standard photography and scripts. Open homes shouldn’t be a crazy rush! We take the time to get to know your prospective tenant with half hour open homes and by appointment viewings. Our tenants undertake rigorous reference checks and every application is considered, processed and discussed with you.

We meet your tenants at the property to hand over keys, that way we can show them the trick to opening the garage, or just how to switch on the dishwasher – the little things that you know, but get lost in translation with a big agency.
